Chaplain Otto Ministries is dedicated to serving veterans in the United States. We offer a broad range of FREE SERVICES to support our Veterans, including Counseling & Mentorship for PTSD, Anger Management, Substance Abuse & Suicidal Thoughts. (in and out of prison through our 12-week faith based course)

We also serve the veteran community in Public Speaking, Preaching, Ordaining Weddings, Proceeding Funerals & Funeral Escorts, Hospital & Hospice visits.
